Hi, I'm Jenna!
After five years teaching 4th and 5th grade, I swapped my classroom for the birth room—and I’ve never looked back. I became a doula because I’m obsessed with birth (seriously, it’s a whole personality trait), and because I knew there had to be a better way for women to enter motherhood: not terrified, not confused, and definitely not alone.
I'm here for the ladies who know that birth was meant to be different than what culture tells us. Who want to go unmedicated, trust their bodies, and do things their way—God’s way. You won’t find me sugar-coating anything. I’ll tell you the truth, I’ll back it with education, and I’ll hold space for you like a big sister who knows exactly what you’re capable of.
When I’m not at a birth or baking goodies for postpartum visits, you’ll find me at home, snuggling my little boy and praising the Lord for this calling.

"I had given birth twice before, so with Jenna's help I went from feeling 'pretty prepared' for labor to 'very prepared.' ... She let me take the lead with what positions felt best and most natural, but she was right on hand to lean on, help me move into different positions, and to make helpful suggestions about how to tweak the position I was in to be able to relax more and move the baby down. She came with a calming energy and the stamina to get through several hours of hip squeezes and rebozo work. It's tricky to choose a doula because you never know how labor will go or what you'll find annoying when you're in labor. In my case, I'm so glad I hired Jenna - she's ready to listen and tune into your needs as they come up in the moment, and her help was invaluable!"
